In most situation, we will repair cases for free. However, it may be charged as a new case under the following circumstances:
- if the original dental restoration is not returned to us
- if the case is re-prepped and a new impression or model is sent to us
- if the shade is different from the original order
- if the restoration material is different from the original order
- if the restoration design is changed
